The crew at Desmoparts painstakingly hand picked stainless screws for the VRod kit to install on your machine. We pulled one stock screw at a time and replaced it with an equal or better looking stainless fastener. We actually own the bike in the photos and took our time to put together an awesome well sorted and complete kit. We’ve been putting together stainless screw kits for select bike models since 2000.
The VRod Muscle stainless screw kit is a very high quality, well thought out, and extremely detailed kit. This complete 217-piece screw kit contains A2-70 and A4-70 grade metric stainless steel screws selected specifically for the V-Rod engine and body components. Kit was designed around our own 2009 HD VRod Muscle VRSC yet should fit reasonably well all year VRods. Our screw kits are installed on thousands of bikes around the world. The step-by-step instructions are written in plain English and are easy to follow. Our screws are Cap Head, Low Cap, Button, and Flat head style requiring common Hex key tools. Also included are black and clear nylon washers for body screws.
The V-Rod screw kit is separated into 5-zip lock bags and clearly labeled according to screw type and location. Assembly instructions correspond to bag ID. Difficulty level: easy/medium. Buyer need only basic wrenching ability, some free shop time, and common tools. Stainless kits make a great weekend project or gift idea.
