The K bike engine cover screw kit is a very high quality kit, well thought out, and extremely detailed. This kit will fit any K bike engine of 750cc, 1000cc, and 1200cc displacements. This very intense 94-pieces screw kit contains A2-70 and A4-70 grade metric stainless steel designed specifically for all the bricks. Screws are a match of the stock screws for the front engine cover, spark plug cover, fuel injector rail, oil filter cover, water pump cover, and upper and lower oil pans. Not included are the cylinder head bolts as stainless would not be a good metal choice for that component. The step-by-step instructions are written in plain English and are easy to follow. Our screws are Cap Head style requiring common Hex key tools. Desmoparts has many stainless body kits for most K bikes.
The K bike engine kit fasteners are separated into 4-zip lock bags and clearly labeled according to screw type and location. Assembly instructions correspond to bag ID. Difficulty level: medium. Buyer need only basic wrenching ability, some free shop time, and common tools. Stainless kits make a great weekend project or gift idea.
