The BMW F650GS Dakar stainless steel screw kit is a very high quality, well thought out, and extremely detailed kit. This kit is meant to complement our F650 engine screw kit. Very complete 177-piece screw kit contains A2-70 and A4-70 grade metric stainless steel screw designed specifically around a 2000 model F650GS Dakar but fits other years as well. Our screw kits are installed on thousands of bikes around the world. The step-by-step instructions are written in plain English and are easy to follow. Our screws are Cap, Button, and Flat Head style requiring common Hex key tools. We’ll soon have full body screw kits for other popular F650 models as well.
The F650GS fasteners are separated into 8-zip lock bags clearly labeled according to screw type and location. Assembly instructions correspond to bag ID. Difficulty level: very easy although there are a couple screws that are hard to reach. Buyer need only basic wrenching ability, some free shop time, and common tools. Stainless kits make a great weekend project or gift idea.
